On Tuesday this week Russ and Tyler framed out a room in the barn that will be used as a cleaning station for produce. A few months back we purchased a large 3 basin NSF certified stainless steel sink to use mainly for washing greens. We hope to add on over the next couple years until we have a full certified kitchen.

They are at it again!
